NEW CLASS TIMETABLE
Starting Monday September 6, we will have a new timetable. It still offers the great classes you currently do and also offers some new ones to come and try. So keep you eye out for the changes on here, or pick aup a copy from reception on your next visit.

We have just recieved a new shipment of stock, so if you need any equipment for class, we now have it. We also have some new kickshields, focus pads and recently acquired 2 new treadmills for your use, enjoyment and comfort. We hope that these things make your training experience even more enjoyable!
